We highly recommend that if you use the Windows operating system, you not use IE, but instead switch to Firefox from Mozilla. It works better, and you're much safer from the thousands of BAD BAD things targeted at IE users. Thunderbird from Mozilla is probably the best email client too, with Junk Mail protection your inbox won't be cluttered with all that Pr0n and other nasty stuff.
